I have taught approx. 500 people in tantra massage with hands-on in Copenhagen and Aarhus, with students from Denmark, Stockholm, Bergen, Oslo, Malaga, Rio de Janeiro, Arizona, and one from Seoul :) I am fond of all cultures and nationalities.
My teaching style is down to earth, straightforward, cordial and entertaining. On our workshops it's not just talk, the partners enjoy tantra with each other on the course itself. You can look forward to a safe, fun and touching tantra course where you get really close to yourself and your partner.

Lita Domino
For me, tantra is an immersion in the language of love, filled with pleasure, fun and deep connection with one's partner. I teach at the Happy Tantra courses, where I enjoy guiding tantra massage. In my guidning I put into words the tantra, while I massage my own husband at the same time. I have been working with tantra since Summer Tantra in 2018 and I became a certified tantra teacher in 2019. My teaching style focuses on well-being, sensitivity and enjoyment.

In Happy Tantra, the focus is on tantric massage because it is a quick way to learn tantra together with your beloved.

Fridag

The Fridag association streams small censor-free Danish videos about tantra, love, and sexuality that only members have access to.

Fridag offers small workshops for 2-3 couples, where you massage your partner, it's a hands-on course.

All touching on the course is between you and your partner. The atmosphere is safe and free minded. It is normal to forget the other couples in the room and instead enjoy your massage together.

After the workshop, people tend to have open and clear eyes, completely relaxed and happy to be together and to be in the world. Tantra makes us wiser, very quickly.

From now on, you and your partner can share tantra with each other, and have a tantric massage for free.

Eastern philosophy packaged in a Scandinavian edition

Originally tantra included meditation, yoga, wisdom and sex. It arrived in Europe 100 years ago. The Europeans at the time fairly agreed that the sex part in tantra is the most interesting. Men were afraid to meditate because it makes you crazy. And yoga was so dangerous that only the women dared to practice it.

But tantric sex, both men and women agreed that it is good.

A colorful past

Originally the guru in the East used his lingam (penis) to transfer wisdom to young women. It would hardly have happened like that in a western religious community. He uses his lingam because it is filled with the wisdom of the man and because the woman absorbs the wisdom without filter through her yoni (vagina). Without using words, the guru can make a whole lot of women very wise, very quickly.

That's how it is today too. Both men and women transfer wisdom to each other when we have sex. Good sex makes us smarter, more happy to live, a higher self-esteem, more secure. Both men and women.

Pleasure of living

Bad sex makes us sad. Bored of living. Afraid and insecure, depressive. This is why a bad relationship can harm us. If we transfer stress and deficits, we also transfer poor self-esteem to each other.

Good sex opens our eyes to love and pleasure. You know it. Happy Tantra is teaching how to share wisdom with our partner through pleasure. The teaching in tantric massage is guided, so you don't have to remember anything or look at a screen when you give the massage to your partner.

Pleasure is your power

Pleasure - the strongest force in you as a guru when you touch your partner.

What is this? Pleasure?
Where does it sit. What is it made of. How to get more of it. Can you save pleasure for a rainy day. Can you buy it, sell it, maybe create it down in the shed and put it in stacks together with the wood for the fireplace?

We spend a lifetime answering the question of pleasure. Every day we seek pleasure and find it in many forms. To me, Tantra is the quick shortcut to more pleasure in everyday life.

Sexuality is your life force

Sex is the most important thing in life, in fact there is nothing but sex - from the point of view of life. The cells are hungry and they want to multiply.

Sexuality is your life force. Sex is your cells' voracious appetite for oxygen and energy. Sex is the light in your eyes, and therefore we glow after good sex. Sex is the joy of life that drives you to be happy, fool around, flirt and laugh. Sex is your freedom to live. Your cells don't ask permission to breathe, they just do.

Guru in your own life

Guru means educator, but it sounds a bit nicer than 'school teacher', I think. As a guru, you do not teach school subjects. As a guru in your own life, you teach all that is beautiful and lovely, insights that you know to be true. When you caress your man's neck, or his lingam, or his chest, you teach him
- you're perfectly fine
- you are lovely
- wonderful
- beautiful.

This is the wisdom we share with each other in tantra: the wisdom of love. It makes you wise and clear-eyed.

Free people understand love

The free humans love without reason. It's like the sun. It just shines, on everyone. This is the secret of tantra: Love has no cause. Love is a source that cannot help but shine.

That is why Happy Tantra has a healing effect. When you get a tantric massage you will experience love without reason. Your age doesn't matter, nor your looks, your race, height, weight. Tantra shares the warmth of the sun without demanding anything or expecting anything from you.

You don't have to do anything for anyone. You were not born to be a body of service for anyone. You shall not satisfy anyone, or ask anyone's permission.
Your life was created to make you satisfied. To give you pleasure.

Happy Tantra is about freedom

In all the freedom that there is in Happy Tantra, you as a human experience the most important thing in life: Consequence.
You are free to do everything, and should not be obliged to do anything, but everything has consequences.
Experiencing consequence is the spiritual dimension of tantra.
There are no rules of consequence.
♥ Tantra is like a fruit. The apple is not created by rules, it is a consequence of fertility.
♥ Tantra is like gravity. It is a consequence, and not a rule written in a book.
♥ Tantra is like love. The consequence is noticeable. Tantra is an experience of consequence.

All tantra is something we experience and learn in reality. Tantra is not a knowledge, it is a human encounter with a special consequence. Based on Buddhism's freedom of realization, Happy Tantra uses body, love and sexuality as a shortcut to a better life.
