I have taught approx. 500 people in tantra massage with hands-on in Copenhagen and Aarhus, with students from Denmark, Stockholm, Bergen, Oslo, Malaga, Rio de Janeiro, Arizona, and one from Seoul :) I am fond of all cultures and nationalities.
My teaching style is down to earth, straightforward, cordial and entertaining. On our workshops it's not just talk, the partners enjoy tantra with each other on the course itself. You can look forward to a safe, fun and touching tantra course where you get really close to yourself and your partner.

For me, tantra is an immersion in the language of love, filled with pleasure, fun and deep connection with one's partner. I teach at the Happy Tantra courses, where I enjoy guiding tantra massage. In my guidning I put into words the tantra, while I massage my own husband at the same time. I have been working with tantra since Summer Tantra in 2018 and I became a certified tantra teacher in 2019. My teaching style focuses on well-being, sensitivity and enjoyment.

Fridag in Aarhus offers workshops in tantric massage for couples. We teach Happy Tantra, where you and your partner give a full tantra massage to each other's. A tantra course with both theory and hands-on. We have small workshops with 2-3 couples at a time. It is safe and cosy. We look forward to seeing you and your partner.

Many of Friday's course participants come from Copenhagen and Zealand. Partly because our workshoops are very good, but also because people take a romantic weekend in Aarhus. Going out to eat, having fun together and spending the night in a hotel. It's romantic.

Course in tantra for couples

Tantra is freedom for you and your partner to do everything. (The other couples on the course also do what they want.) The freedom to feel more. Connect more deeply with each other. Freedom for more joy and enjoyment.

The massage will be guided

In tantra you may do everything, but you must do nothing. That is why people learn tantra in Aarhus with Fridag, to find more freedom for enjoyment and connection in the relationship.

The whole body is massaged in tantra, like the lingam (penis) and the yoni (vagina). But also the toes. The shoulders. The stomach. The rear. It is important to massage the whole body, because then life energy is released which you can collect and spread in your partner.

Enjoy each other, with each other

In a tantra workshop, you and your partner learn a basic tantra massage, which you can build on afterwards. The course takes place in a safe atmosphere with respect and care for all people and all feelings.

Both men and women receive a full tantra massage from the feet all the way up to the face, including lingam massage and yoni massage. It is normal and perfectly okay to get excited and enjoy the massage deep into the body: Enjoy each other, with each other.

Tantra workshop is for you and your partner who want to explore the joy and pleasure of giving each other tantra massage. On the tantra course, you both give and receive tantra massage. When the massage takes place, the participants focus on their own partner, so if you are a little shy about being naked, you can be safe and relaxed on the course.

The tantra massage itself is guided, so you can relax completely and simply follow the instructions while giving your partner a massage.

On the tantra workshop in massage for couples, you learn to awaken the life force in your partner. You gather the sexual energy around your partner's gender and make your partner excited. In ordinary eroticism, the sexual energy is quickly released. In tantra, we are not in such a hurry, and a full tantra massage takes 1-2 hours. Therefore, you spread your partner's life energy throughout the body, up the neck, down the arms, down the legs, down into the feet.

Practical info

The tantra course takes place centrally in Aarhus, and you do not need to bring anything with you. There is water, bubbles, snacks and fruit, fresh sheets and massage oil, towels and bathrobes, and so on. Come as you are.

The course is open to all couples who want to refresh the love between them. It is an advantage if you are already comfortable giving and receiving massages, and an advantage if you have meditated before or done yoga, taichi and the like.

Course content

You learn theory about tantra. We have small exercises such as yab-yum. During the course, you give your partner a full tantra massage (it takes 1-2 hours), and you also get a full massage yourself. The tantra massage is guided so that you can listen and relax completely while giving the massage to your partner.
