Where does tantra come from, and what is tantra? You will get the answer. We visit the tantra island to study the 4 hands of tantra: Through love, desire, eroticism and freedom. In this course we also talk about tantric love.

Both of you are naked

After a good talk about tantra's theory and practice, there is the option of a quick bath to just get rinsed off. There is towels ready for you, and a tantra robe. We also have a service for you with bubbles, water, fruit and snacks.

The Fridag association streams small censor-free Danish videos about tantra, love, and sexuality that only members have access to.

You give and receive a full tantra massage

Happy Tantra ® is about freedom. You are allowed everything and you are not required to do anything. The massage is guided auditively, so you can put your head down and simply follow the guidance from the instructors, who also massage each other. We have small workshops: 2-3 couples.

Hands-on erotic tantra massage

Our tantra course is with hands-on. You will learn to give your lover a full tantra massage to each other, including massage of Lingam (male gender) and Yoni (female gender).

The Fridag association streams small censor-free Danish videos about tantra, love, and sexuality that only members have access to.

You are both naked while you massage, so that you can make the most possible contact with each other through the senses of the skin. Along the way, there are suggestions for how the massage can take place, so that you always feel on safe ground. In tantra it is important to be safe, therefore the teaching takes place at a pace that suits you.

If you are travelling from outside of Aarhus, we recommend staying overnight in one of the city's hotels. They have reasonable prices, and you can enjoy a romantic weekend in Aarhus without stress.

The course lasts 4 hours

When you both have had a full tantra massage, it is time to end your erotic massage in the way that is best for you. Maybe you want to kiss or lie closely in a spoon. Do what you want

Afterwards there is time for questions and comments about what you have experienced together. The more touch, and the more conversations about good feelings and personal development, the stronger the relationship becomes. And if you're at a loss for words, a hug and a kiss can say as much as a hundred words. It is recommended to relax for a few hours, eat some good food and hold hands after the course.
